What is the name of this song? Please and thank you?

It was a slightly deep female voice, and it had a robot like tone to it. And I think some of the words in it were "What did I ever do to you?" and I think "Welcome to hell" But that part was a more devilish sound. The song was also in a video game, something similar to Dead Space, or Portal. But it didn't have the same happy beat that the Portal theme song had to it.
