Any breastfeeding moms out there??? Need your Help plz.?

Hi, I have a daughter she is my first. I breastfeed her full time. She is 3 months and 2 weeks old. We have a bed time routine down, it consist of her getting her diaper changed and getting baby lotion rubbed all over her body.( every other day she will get a bath) Then I sing her a song, then I lay down with her and breastfeed her with the both of us laying down , until she falls asleep. I have a Kings size bed she does not sleep in her crib yet, she sleeps on the entire other side as me. I go back down stairs and do what ever I want until I choose to go to bed myself, then I sleep on the other side of the bed, until she wakes up hungry with is normally twice between the time she goes to bed which is 9 pm, tell around 8 am in morning!! My question is I want to get her to be sleeping by her self, getting her self to sleep, cuz i want to start putting formula half into her diet, so i can winn her off the breast easier. However she does not like my milk in bottle, or she wont take a pacifier, I really need some different point in view, on when you think is alright to slowly winn them off your milk, onto bottle milk ? Also I really enjoy her falling asleep peacefully with me breastfeeding her to sleep, i just know its going to bite me in the butt later so I want to start a new bed time routine. Any stories, any advise is really appreciated. Thanks breastfeeding MOMS .. : )
