How long to wait till you can redye your hair?

on the 12th I bleached my hair and then colored it with a semi permanent( Manic panic rock and roll red!) color the next week I striped it and bleached it and colored it again(special effects devilish) and after that I cut off all to most of my messes up ended I have chin length hair now so I need to dye my hair to black before the 31st of may is this possible?
