Why is there an elf outside my window watching me?

for the past few months i've noticed a little elf outside my window, no one else can see him but me. he comes up slowly, gives a devilish smile, and slowly goes back down. it's starting to really freak me out, cause he comes to me in my sleep and whispers in my ear "it's okay, daddy's here" then gives me a wet willy :( im so frightened, and im scared no one will believe me. PLEASE HELP, and this better not end up on unfriendable ! this is very serious :( :(
